    We would like to inform you of an emergency maintenance window for our video streaming services. This maintenance will include the deployment of critical security patches within the infrastructure.

    Time: 2:15pm Mountain
    Duration: 10-15 minutes

    Impact: During this maintenance window, our Wowza Video and ClearCaster services will be intermittently unavailable. Additionally, any API activity and UI access will be impacted.

    • Save any ongoing work and avoid starting new streaming sessions close to the maintenance start time.

Facebook Business Pages are Down

    We have moved this Wowza Streaming Engine Facebook pages stream target issue to our known issues:

    Within there is steps to take on the workaround to publish to Facebook pages.

    *Personal timelines are not effected.

    We will diligently work through this to add to a near term release.

    What if I scheduled my live stream to start in Wowza Video?
    Any scheduled live streams utilizing the Wowza Video Scheduler will NOT start during this window. You will need to update your schedule to start prior or after the maintenance window.

    What if my live stream is already running in Wowza Video?
    Any running live streams within the Wowza Video or ClearCaster ecosystems during the maintenance window will continue to run unaffected.

    Who does this effect?:
    If you are using a Wowza Streaming Engine pull to Wowza CDN workflow and you whitelist Wowza CDN IP addresses in your firewall you will need to take action to prevent disruption of your streams.

    Prior to 8/21/2023 please add the new IP addresses into your workflow:
