We are aware of and currently investigating an issue where comments and reactions are not being displayed on the ClearCaster talent view when going Live to FaceBook Pages. Individual Timelines are not affected.

UPDATE: 2/7/18 1420 EST - We have identified the root cause of this issue and are working toward a resolution. Further updates will be posted here.

The ability to setup GeoBlocking and or Token Authentication is currently unavailable.

If you require Geoblocking and or Token Authentication in your workflow please contact Wowza Support by navigating to www.wowza.com/support and they will be able to assist you with a manual configuration.
Wowza ClearCaster will undergo a brief maintenance on Thursday 2/15/18 starting at 9am EST. This window is anticipated to last no more than 30 minutes. During this time customers will not be able to access the remote administration page. All other features will be available.
Upcoming Wowza Streaming Cloud Maintenance Scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2018

Wowza will perform scheduled maintenance on the Wowza Streaming Cloud service on Saturday, January 27, 2018, from approximately 18:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC. To convert UTC to your time zone, go to the Time Zone Converter found here - http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/.
Live streams and transcoders that are running when the maintenance window begins will not be affected. They will continue to broadcast and be available to viewers. During the maintenance window, however, the following limitations apply:
· You will not be able to sign in to the Wowza Streaming Cloud service or use the REST API.
· Scheduled events will not work. Live streams and transcoders that are scheduled to start or stop during the
maintenance window will not start or stop.
· Active publishing from Wowza Streaming Engine using the Wowza CDN and Wowza Streaming Cloud
stream target profiles before the maintenance window begins will not be affected. During the
maintenance window, however, publishing cannot be configured, started, or restarted. This includes
publishing that was active before the maintenance window began, but was stopped or failed during the
