    Known Impact: The endpoint rtmp-realtime2.wowza.com is currently not available.
    Workaround: Users can utilize the endpoint rtmp-realtime1.wowza.com as an alternative.

Cannot Create New Transcoders and Live Streams

    Workaround: Other Regions work fine. Once a Real-Time Stream is created. The Amsterdam region can be selected from the settings.

    Who does this affect? 
    If you are using a Wowza Streaming Engine pull to Wowza CDN workflow and whitelist Wowza CDN IP addresses in your firewall, you will need to take action to prevent disruption of your streams.

    What do I need to do? 

    Please add the new IP addresses into your workflow before October 11th, 2024:

    • Seoul (ap-northeast-2):

    DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD IP ADDRESSES AT THIS TIME. WOWZA WILL COMMUNICATE WHEN SAFE TO DO SO.
