    Who does this affect? 
    If you are using a Wowza Streaming Engine pull to Wowza CDN workflow and whitelist Wowza CDN IP addresses in your firewall, you will need to take action to prevent disruption of your streams.

    What do I need to do? 

    Please add the new IP addresses into your workflow before October 11th, 2024:

    • Oregon (us-west-2):  
      54.68.61.81,

      44.225.129.35,

      35.161.247.138

    • Seoul (ap-northeast-2):  
      13.125.58.224,
      3.35.119.29,
      43.200.156.236

    • Frankfurt (eu-central-1):

    NOTE:
    DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD IP ADDRESSES AT THIS TIME. WOWZA WILL COMMUNICATE WHEN SAFE TO DO SO.

    Known Impact: Wowza.com login can potentially get an intermittent 504 errors. This effects Wowza Video, and account login, which could effect accessing/viewing support tickets.

    Workaround: Refresh page and attempt logging in again. If you need to reach out to support, the email address is: support@wowza.com

    Also, Wowza REST API calls can potentially get intermittent 503 service unavailable responses.

    Workaround: For failed REST API calls that get a 503 service unavailable response, please re-attempt the REST API call.

    Wowza Streaming Engine WebRTC publish and play pages have been fixed. You'll need to clear Javascript cache for the changes to take effect.

    We are currently working on a resolution for Wowza Video and the Github WebRTC page examples.

    Workaround:
    Prior versions of Chrome work as expected along with other browsers.
