We have a planned 15 minute Wowza Video maintenance on 4/19/2025 at 6 PM EST / 22:00 UTC and be completed at 6:15 PM EST / 22:15 UTC
During this 15-minute maintenance window:
- You cannot sign in to Wowza Video or use the Wowza Video REST API
- Active live streams or transcoders already running will continue without interruption
- Stream and transcoder start/stop events scheduled during maintenance will not execute

We are planning for a scheduled maintenance with Wowza Video Analytics on Thursday (4/17/2025) 00:00 - 01:00 AM UTC / Wednesday (4/16/2025) 8 - 9 PM EST.
What is impacted:
Wowza Video analytics through the UI and REST API will not populate analytics for that hour. There will no data loss, and analytics will be available after the maintenance.

We are actively investigating this issue.
Known Impact:
This morning we received several reports about Wowza Streaming Engine containers no longer showing up on Google Marketplace. We’re actively working to correct this at the highest priority. Initial testing shows this is only impacting new container implementations from the marketplace, existing containers in GCP running Wowza Streaming Engine are working as expected.

We are currently investigating errors affecting the creation of new Live Streams and Transcoders for Wowza Video users.

Existing running streams and transcoders are unaffected.

Login to the interface is also experiencing inconsistent loading issues.
