    This event is the regularly scheduled quarterly maintenance window for Wowza Video as published in the Wowza Video preferred maintenance schedule.

    This event will begin on April 10th at 3:00 UTC and end on April 10th at 3:15 UTC.
    To convert UTC to your time zone, go to the Time Zone Converter.

    During this 15-minute maintenance window:

    • You cannot sign in to Wowza Video or use the Wowza Video REST API

    • Active live streams or transcoders already running will continue without interruption

    • Stream and transcoder start/stop events scheduled during maintenance will not execute


    If you experience any issues after the maintenance window, please contact the Wowza Support team.

    We are currently investigating errors affecting the creation of new Live Streams and Transcoders for Wowza Video users.

    Existing running streams and transcoders are unaffected.

    Login to the interface is also experiencing inconsistent loading issues.
