    This incident has been resolved. All transcoders are starting successfully in all regions.

    WWe’ve implemented a fix and are currently monitoring its impact. Since 14:29 UTC, we’ve stopped seeing startup errors. We believe this issue is resolved and will monitor for another 10 minutes to ensure transcoder startup success.
