    We just resolved the issue!

    We have not seen any further failures since implementing the hotfix. Will continue to monitor for now and likely resolve this issue in the next hour. Thank you for your patience as we addressed this issue.

    We have implemented a hotfix to help invoke retries in the start-up requests to help offset this issue. We are monitoring, for now, to see how this improves transcoder starts. Updates to follow.

    We are investigating the issue with the delayed transcoder startups. All transcoders initiated prior to this alert are not impacted.

    There is currently no workaround at this time.
